A new lecture series, Blue Planet Forum: Exploring the Bay and Beyond, featuring nationally renowned environmental speakers, will host its first speaker on Monday, May 12, 2008 at Nauticus in Norfolk. James Woolsey, former Central Intelligence Agency Director, will provide insight into “Energy, Security and the Long War of the 21st Century” at the first of several talks presented by the Chesapeake Bay Foundation (CBF), Nauticus and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).
