This group is for those interested in getting together for activities in New York City. For example, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Lincoln Center, Yankee Stadium, Shea Stadium (not so much), Madison Square Garden, Central Park, and any bar or restaurant. As the site grows I'm sure this group will splinter off into more specific groups, but for now this will be the place to plan anything.
