This is the Social Media Club WhyGoSolo Group for DC - find and join other people in the DC Metro area as passionate about Social Media as you. Social Media Club was organized for the purpose of sharing best practices, establishing ethics and standards, and promoting media literacy around the emerging area of Social Media. This is the beginning of a global conversation about building an organization and a community where the many diverse groups of people who care about social media can come together to discover, connect, share, and learn.

This a group for the WhyGoSolo women who are excited to find some new girlfriends to hang out with. This is the main group...would love to break this group down by cities over time.
The group is a place to meet other strong, beautiful, independent and driven women to hang out with - go to happy hour, movies, theater, climbing...whatever you think would be fun to do on a girls night out.
