I am an empty nester (2 sons now married) and am looking forward to the rest of what life holds for me.

I've worked in the nonprofit social services arena for the past 20 plus years with a focus on housing, homelessness, mentally ill and drug/alcohol addiction.

I have enjoyed many back packing and camping trips across the country and even though I love the internet, I also look forward to times when I can unplug from it all and just enjoy the great out doors.

Some of the best moments in my life include back packing in the Nyack Wilderness in Glacier National Park, Flying lessons with my step dad and long distance bike riding with my dad.

I also enjoy home improvement projects, working on my car and reading a good book.

Oh, I can't forget, I am very interested in blogging, social media and social networking. Currently, I am one of the volunteeer organizers for PodCamp Ohio and have just become a contributor to the Columbus Networking Blog.
